Oh it's so pretty. I'm loving the fleshy nude tones in those shoes and the ring. It's so understated and elegant and it really lets the dress shine.

I SO BELIEVE that too. Successful people always dress for the part.
For a lot of business deals if you don't dress well you can forget about it. No deal. I would hope people would enjoy dressing up more. In Paris i used to dress up to go to school...work...everywhere. It made me fell good about myself. Here in Utah there is a lot of sweats...I think it affects people a lot and they don't realize it.
