Hello! So glad I found your site! I'm a Canadian living in London (I run my own baking blog www.madewithpink.com that talks about the differences between baking in North American and the UK) and LOVE to bake, and have become obsessed with Paris and French food, fashion, style, culture, furnishings, etc ever since I visited Paris last year. I'm set to go back for my birthday in less than a month and can't wait. I've been wanting to try and make madeleines for ages now, but don't have a pan.

Now following both sites and trying to work out if it will be possible to use the madeleine moulds for ice cream - might be fun to try anyway.
