Back in Barcelona, Baby!

If you've been following this blog the past month, you'll recall my two-week cruise to Scandinavia.
And though we lucked out with the warm weather, it's always nice to pop away for a few days to a hot, exotic destination as well.

I travelled to Barcelona with my boyfriend for a short-week.
We flew with RyanAir, which I would most definitely NOT recommend for flying.
I know they can be cheap, but I have serious doubts about their safety-measures
(as also mentioned by the pilots who fly for RyanAir).

This was my second time in Barcelona.
I travelled there for the first time, a few years ago.
See my blog-post about that trip here.

The Pulitzer hotel was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at,
so I made reservations again in this gem of a hotel.

A few pictures of the hotel:

At night-time, the hotel had a rooftop bar which transformed into a lively club-setting with many locals visiting.

I didn't really saw much of Barcelona's beach the last time,
so I made sure to spend a whole day at Barcelonata Beach and Porto Olympic this trip.

In the evenings, we strolled around the endless streets in Barca.

And did the necessary sightseeing during the day.

On our last night, we were determined to find a good tapas restaurant,
and after some searching, we found this gem!
Called Taller De Tapas, located on Carrer Comtal 28.

So good, we still can't stop talking about it!

This was my last vacation-stop. I hoped you enjoyed following them on this blog and Instagram/Flickr!

Your fabulous photos make me want to plan a return trip there. I need to make a note of the tapas restaurant - looks delicious.
